Oro Labs, a five-year-old Silicon Valley startup, has closed a $100 million Series C funding round led by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity and Brighton Park Capital, with participation from existing investors including Norwest Venture Partners, B Capital, XYZ Capital, and Felicis. The capital brings the company's total funding to $160 million. As part of the deal, Clare Greenan from Goldman Sachs and Mike Gregoire from Brighton Park Capital will join Oro's board. The funding comes after a year of 300% revenue growth, with the company projecting to triple revenue again this year and boasting a 150% revenue retention rate.
Oro's AI-native procurement orchestration platform integrates with existing enterprise resource planning systems, acting as an intelligent layer that automates workflows, ensures compliance, and routes requests using agentic AI. Major clients like Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Novartis, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Booking.com have seen dramatic efficiencies, such as reducing supplier onboarding from over 30 days to under 10 days and compliance checks from 36 hours to six minutes, with 50% of transactions now fully autonomous and 90% AI decision accuracy. CEO Sudhir Bhojwani highlighted how procurement's manual bureaucracy hampers businesses amid market volatility, positioning Oro as the solution to bring speed without sacrificing control.
This investment underscores the growing enterprise demand for AI tools that tackle procurement's complexities, transforming it from a bureaucratic bottleneck into a strategic asset. Oro plans to allocate the funds to expand product capabilities, bolster sales and go-to-market teams, and grow its Oro Partner Enterprise Network (OPEN) with technology providers and consultants. With recent launches of agentic AI features and recognitions like ISO 42001 for responsible AI, Oro is poised to lead the shift toward autonomous, compliant workflows in 2026 and beyond.
