Radian Arc, part of inferX and Submer's AI cloud platform, has partnered with Vietnam's VNPT telecom giant, Blacknut's global cloud gaming service, and integration partner COMIT to deploy GPU infrastructure across Vietnam. The launch introduces Blacknut's premium gaming catalog to Vietnamese consumers via low-latency cloud streaming on 5G networks, powered by Radian Arc's carrier-embedded GPU Edge Platform. This commercial rollout marks a key expansion of Radian Arc and Blacknut's global partnership into Southeast Asia.
The initiative matters because it demonstrates a viable monetization path for edge GPU compute, starting with consumer cloud gaming while building scalable infrastructure for AI workloads. Leaders like Radian Arc CEO David Cook highlighted how this delivers interactive entertainment to Vietnam's 5G users today, creating a foundation for sovereign AI services that meet data residency requirements. VNPT's Director Nguyen Duc Hung and Blacknut CEO Olivier Avaro emphasized the boost to Vietnam's digital media ecosystem and accessible high-quality gaming.
Looking ahead, the deployment paves the way for Radian Arc's AI Points of Presence (AI PoPs) in Vietnam, enabling secure, low-latency AI inferencing for governments and enterprises. As part of Radian Arc's Southeast Asia strategy—following expansions in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia—this positions the region for unified core-to-edge AI platforms focused on sovereignty, performance, and energy efficiency through Submer's liquid cooling tech.
